Twilight 10 Trail Run
The Twilight 10 Trail Run is a night trail race at Oak Flats on October 24, 2026. The course is approximately 9.97 miles with about 974 feet of elevation gain and 994 feet of descent. Organizers describe the route as runnable and using singletrack trails including Pine Loop, Poker Chip, Gambel Oak, Deadman, Easy Pickin, and connector trails that return to Oak Flats Picnic Ground.
Runners are required to carry a headlamp or another approved light source; cell phone lights are not accepted. All light sources must be shown to volunteers at mandatory check in before the race. Volunteers, reflective flags, and signs will be on course to direct runners. Runners must verbally report their bib numbers to volunteers so that they can be tracked on course.
There are two limited aid stations on the route that function primarily as water stops, located at the Mahogany/Another Juan turnaround and the Pine Loop/Deadman intersection. Participants must carry any additional nutrition or fuel needed to complete the distance. No pacers and no dogs are allowed.
A course map and GPX file are available from the organizers. If a runner leaves the course or does not finish, they must tell a volunteer and follow up with race staff so search resources are not engaged unnecessarily.
