TWF Townwide Fund of Huntington Thanks4Giving 4 Miler
The Townwide Fund of Huntington Thanks4Giving event takes place on November 26, 2026 in Huntington, NY at the American Legion Hall in Halesite. The program includes a four mile run/walk and a separate untimed family fun run geared toward school-age children and families. The four mile course is USATF certified.

The Four Mile Run regularly draws more than 2,000 participants. Costumed runners are common and the event includes a post-run offering of beer from Six Harbors at the finish line. Awards are given to the top three men and top three women overall, plus the top man and top woman in age groups 1-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Bibs will be mailed to participants who register by November 16. Late registrants may pick up bibs at a pre-race pickup date or at the American Legion Hall on race day. T shirts are distributed the morning of the event on a first come, first served basis. For safety and insurance reasons, baby strollers, jogging carts, inline skates, and dogs are not permitted on the racecourse. Entry fees are non refundable and all revenue supports the charitable organizations aided by the Townwide Fund of Huntington. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
