Townwide Fund of Huntington Thanks4Giving 4 Miler : November 26, 2026
The event is a charity road run held in Huntington, New York, on November 26, 2026, with the meeting point at the American Legion Hall in Halesite, 1 Mill Dam Road, Huntington NY 11743. The program includes races for individual runners and a family fun run.

The Four Mile Run typically attracts more than 2,000 participants. The Family Fun Run is noted as popular with school-age children and families, and costumed runners are common. A post-run offering from Six Harbors will be available at the finish area.
Bibs will be mailed to participants who registered by November 16. Participants who registered after November 19 may pick up bibs early on November 24 at Runners Edge Huntington, 355 New York Ave, or at the American Legion Hall on race morning. Race-morning bib pickup and Fun Run bib pickup follow separate morning windows. Personalized bibs require registration three weeks before the event. T-shirts are distributed the morning of the event on a first come first served basis.
The course is a USATF certified four mile route. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top male and female in each age group: 1-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. For insurance reasons, baby strollers, jogging carts, inline skates, and dogs are not permitted on the racecourse.
