Twelve Days of Christmas (in July) Races
A series of twelve races runs from June 29 to July 25, 2026 across multiple locations in and near Athens, Georgia. Organizers listed include Clover Glove, Black Bag, and Run & See Georgia Races. The series earns points in two series and supports 4-H.
Race formats include in person events and On Your Own submissions. Several midseries races at Fortson 4-H Center and the final combined 12K require in person participation with no virtual option. For the final 12K, organizers will hold a 6K at Thomas Farm Preserve, 73 Simonton Bridge Road, Watkinsville, Georgia; a previously run 6K may be submitted and combined with that 6K to produce a 12K time. On Your Own times are submitted via Run Sign Up by the end of the day of the event.
A special edition T shirt is provided to each pre registered runner who completes four or more races. Entry fees are listed as fourteen dollars per race, with a family rate available for families of four or more and a twenty dollar race day fee for in person races. Overall awards will be presented at the 12K on July 25 with categories for Overall, Master, Grand Master, Senior Grand Master, and Youth based on lowest cumulative time.
