Turlock Chaplaincy Fun Run
The Turlock Chaplaincy Fun Run is a community fundraiser held on May 9, 2026 in Turlock, California. The event marks the 16th year of this local run and supports the Turlock Chaplaincy, a non-profit organization that serves the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and CSUS Police employees and their families.
The Chaplaincy provides emotional and practical support during emergencies, counseling for first responders, and character coaching in local schools. Chaplains are ordained clergy who respond to calls from public safety agencies around the clock. Funds raised by the event supply roughly 25% of the Chaplaincy’s annual budget, helping sustain free services for community members affected by critical incidents.

- Kids 400m dash (ages 10 and under)
Packet pickup is available the day before the event at Crossroads Church, 1360 N. Johnson Rd, Turlock, CA 95380, and on-site registration and check-in occur on race day. Cash awards are listed for the top three overall finishers with prizes of $100, $75, and $50. The kids 400m dash awards gift cards for the top three places.
