Sachse High School Turkey Trot
The Sachse High School Turkey Trot is a community running event held in Sachse, Texas on 11/26/2026 at Sachse High School, 3901 Miles Rd, Sachse TX 75048. The event programme includes a one mile Fun Run and a 5K walk or run; the 5K is certified by Compton Time and Measure.

Online registration opens 08/23/2026 and closes 11/05/2026; the listed registration fee is $35.00 and a nominal processing fee applies. No refunds are issued. Race-week packet pickup is available at the Sachse High School cafeteria. Parking is available at Sewell Elementary School, Hudson Middle School, and the student lots at Sachse High School. Restrooms are located inside the school by the main entrance. A gear check is not available to general attendees.
The 5K will use a disposable bib tag timing system; runners must wear the timing tag to be included in official results and to be eligible for awards. Race results will be posted online at timeandmeasure.com.
Awards for the 5K include medals for first through third place male and female finishers in each age category and special recognitions including the Golden Gobbler Award for the oldest runner and overall first place male and female. Proceeds support the Sachse High School senior class of 2027. The event will be held rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
