Seacoast Rotary Club Turkey Trot 2026
The Seacoast Rotary Club Turkey Trot is the 18th annual Thanksgiving morning 5K held in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Registration and race-day activity are based at Strawberry Banke for registration and staging, with the race starting at the Pierce Island Boat Launch. The event has drawn over 3,000 participants in past years.
Entry fees are age based: $30 for adults 20 and older, $20 for ages 13 to 19, $10 for 12 and under, and no charge for stroller passengers. Registration fees increase by $5 on October 31, 2026. Runners who register before October 15 receive a short-sleeve technical t-shirt; additional merchandise is available for purchase.
Bib pickup is offered the day before at Little Harbor School and on race day at Strawberry Banke near the start. Electronic timing is provided by Millennium Running; individual times begin when each runner crosses the timing mat and results are delivered quickly after finishing.
On-course support includes two water stations, water coffee and bananas at the event area, and portable toilets at both Strawberry Banke and Pierce Island. Parking is not available at the start; street parking in Portsmouth is free on the holiday. Walkers and stroller runners are permitted with requests to start toward the back and to finish within 75 minutes. Dogs are not permitted. There is no coat or bag check, no refunds, and awards are limited to next year entries for top overall finishers and age-group merchandise prizes.
