Turkey Trot 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon - Van Nuys
The event takes place at Woodley Park Section 1 in Van Nuys, California on November 26, 2026. It offers multiple race distances on looped courses that use marked paths around the park.
Included for participants are custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free photos and videos, posted results within 12 to 24 hours, and an assortment of snacks and samples. Times and places for finishers are posted on the organizer's results page after the event.
Course details: the routes are easy to follow and consist of loops around the park path. The layout is an out-and-back style with one small hill located about 0.6 miles from the start. Aid stations are available on every loop. The half marathon is composed of three extended 5k loops. There is a time limit of 3 hours 15 minutes; requests for additional time can be made to the organizer.
Parking is available in the parking lots off Woodley Avenue and Victory Boulevard. Additional dirt overflow parking is provided near the golf course on the opposite side of Woodley Avenue. Bib pickup is available on the day before the event and on race morning; check-in tables are located at the north end of the parking lots closest to Victory Boulevard.
