Turkey Trot Eugene takes place on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Alton Baker Park in Eugene, Oregon. The event offers two distances and raises support for Food for Lane County through donations of food and canned goods.

The courses run on the Ruth Bascom Trail network around the greater Alton Baker Park area and include a revised layout that crosses the river twice. Many sections of the route run alongside the Willamette River and the start and finish are at the same location. The course has minimal elevation gain. No dogs are allowed on course. Baby strollers are permitted with a request that they start toward the back or off to the side in the narrow start area.

The event uses chip timing for both distances. Timing chips are attached to the bib pull strip and should not be detached prior to finishing. Participants who pick up packets with chips and do not run are asked to return the timing chip to the organizers.

Entry fees vary by distance and age category. Participant shirts are optional for an additional fee and a limited selection of prior year shirts may be available on site. Packet pickup is offered the day prior and on race day at designated locations. Registration is available online and at local running stores through the dates listed by the organizer.
