Tunnel to Towers 5K Run and Walk - Myrtle Beach, SC
The Tunnel to Towers 5K in Myrtle Beach is a 5-kilometer (3.1 mile) community run and walk held on September 20, 2026 at Farrow Parkway and Nevers Street in Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The event returns for its eighth year in Myrtle Beach and is one of several Tunnel to Towers 5K events held in South Carolina.
Registration categories and fees are listed for adults, first responders and military, youth (13 to 17 years), and children 12 and under. Packet pickup is available the day before the event at Black Dog Running Company; shirt sizes are not guaranteed and are distributed first come, first served.
Participants must display their bib on the front of their outermost garment; those without a bib will be removed from the course. A water station will be available along the route and water will be provided at the start and finish area. Parking is available at The Market Common and nearby park areas.
Strollers, wheelchairs, firefighter turnout gear, and military backpacks are permitted. Dogs are allowed on leash and owners must clean up after them. Awards are kept simple and are often based on firefighters, police, or military running in gear. Emergency medical service and radio communication will be on site. Registration fees do not count toward fundraising totals, and donations will be accepted for six weeks after the event. No refunds are provided; registrations may be transferred to another person.
