Event Overview
The TRYROX Race Series - HalfRox is a HYROX simulation event hosted at the C26 Hub in Overland Park. The competition follows a structured format that alternates running intervals with functional fitness stations, designed to replicate the experience of a full professional fitness race. Participants can enter as individuals or as part of a two-person team.

Course and Workout Structure
The HalfRox course consists of alternating 500m runs with eight specific workout stations. The sequence includes:

- 40m Burpee Broad Jump
- 500m Row
- 100m Farmer Carry
- 50m Sandbag Lunge
- 50 Wallballs
Weights for all participants are set to HYROX Open standards for both men and women. In the doubles format, partners run the intervals together and can choose how to divide the repetitions or work at each station.

The series is led by experienced performance coaches and serves as preparation for athletes looking to test their pacing, strategy, and gear under race conditions. Awards and event merchandise are provided to participants. This race is part of a four-part series that includes QuarterROX, 3QuarterROX, and FullROX events held throughout the year.
