TRYROX Race Series – FullROX 2026
FullROX is the fourth and final race in the TRYROX Race Series, scheduled for October 24 and 25, 2026 in Overland Park, Kansas. The final race will be hosted in the Fieldhouse at AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk, an indoor turf field reported as 40,000 sq. ft.
The event is a HYROX-style simulation that alternates running intervals with eight workout stations. The FullROX format uses 1000 m runs combined with SkiErg, Sled Push (50 m), Sled Pull (50 m), Burpee Broad Jumps (80 m), Row (1000 m), Farmer Carry (200 m), Sandbag Lunge (100 m), and Wallballs (100 reps). Weights follow HYROX OPEN specifications for male and female categories, and the doubles format follows standard HYROX doubles rules.
Division options include Individual (Open) and Doubles, with separate registration required for each entry. The weekend schedule lists Open Men and Open Women on Saturday evening, and Doubles Men, Doubles Women, and Doubles Mixed on Sunday. The series also includes QuarterROX (March 7-8), HalfROX (June 13-14), and 3QuarterROX (August 8-9) with progressively longer segment distances leading to FullROX.
The event provides awards, parent/child team options, and event merchandise. The organizer states the event is non refundable. Participants are advised to bring training shoes, appropriate workout clothing, hydration, and any grips or gloves used for sleds or carries.
