Truro Half Marathon 2026
The Truro Half Marathon is a road race held in Truro, Cornwall on Sunday 13 September 2026. The course is almost entirely on road, beginning with a loop of central Truro and running out to Porth Kea, Playing Place and Cowlands. The route includes a few hills and is not described as a personal best course.
The event is chip timed, with official results based on gun time. It runs under an ARC permit and is covered by ARC and UKA insurance. Team prizes are awarded based on the first six finishers from each affiliated club. The race is part of the Cornwall GP series 2026 sponsored by Cornwall Glass, and entries are open to all.
The course is fully signposted and will be supported by about 50 marshals. The first loop around the city centre and the finish are on closed roads; most of the course uses open but quiet rural roads. There will be several water stations on the course; runners are welcome to bring reusable race cups. A bag drop will be available at the entrance to the Pannier Market on Lemon Quay but it will not be locked and is used at the runner’s own risk.
