The RAT Trail and Ultra Festival

The RAT Trail and Ultra Festival is an annual running event held at Porthpean, St Austell, along the scenic South Cornwall Coastal Path. It features multiple challenging off-road races with distances ranging from 5 miles to a 64-mile ultra marathon called "The Plague." Other courses include the 32-mile Black Route, 20-mile Red Route, 11-mile White Route, and a unique 24-hour continuous challenge named "Bring Out Your Dead," covering a tough 5-mile coastal section.
