True North Unity 1 Miler, 5k and 10k
This event offers multiple distances at St Clair Brooks Park in Falmouth, VA and awards points toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack Series as well as the Fall Series. A virtual run option is available for participants who cannot attend in person. Walkers and strollers are welcome.

Runners receive a finisher medal, a technical event shirt, and chip timing. The paved course is described as fairly flat with minimal hills; the 5k is an out-and-back and the 10k completes the 5k course twice. Water stations are provided along the courses, with eight stations placed on the 10k and four on the 5k. Restrooms are located near the parking lot. Live race results will be posted online and a QR code will be available at the event for immediate access.
Registration fees vary by distance and increase after the posted early deadline; prices also increase on race morning by an additional five dollars per distance. T shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before the listed cutoff date; later registrants receive shirts on a first-come first-served basis. Race day packet pickup and day-of registration are available. Awards include top three overall men and women plus specified age group prizes.
