Trot for Trauma : event description
The Trot for Trauma is the third annual community 5K run/walk held on August 22, 2026 at Thomas Bull Park in Montgomery, NY (94 Grove Street, 12549). The event focuses on raising funds and awareness for PTSD and broader mental health needs.
The event distance is 3.1 Miles (5K). Registration opens June 1, 2026 and closes August 17, 2026. The published registration fee is $35.00 and is scheduled to increase on August 17, 2026. Registration includes race entry, a professionally timed bib, and event participation.
Proceeds support Nourish Non-Profit to provide low-cost mental health services, trauma-informed care, and community programs for individuals and families.
