Race logistics
The 5K is professionally timed and described as a scenic course for runners and walkers. A Finish Line Zone will include music, food, inflatables, and local vendors. Registered participants receive a race packet with a bib, official race shirt, a custom finisher medal, and full-day admission to Zoo Miami. Zoo Miami is described as 750 acres with 4 miles of walkways and over 2,000 animals. Ages 2 and under are free. Strollers are permitted with the request that stroller users line up at the back of the race. For safety, scooters, bikes, skateboards, and dogs are not allowed on the Zoo Miami course.
