Triple B Relay & Race, Bennington NE
The Triple B Relay & Race takes place on June 6, 2026 and is presented by the Bennington Public Schools Foundation as part of Bennington Daze. The event is in its third year and includes multiple in-person races plus a virtual option. The venue for the in-person events is Bennington Elementary School at 11620 N 156th St., Bennington, NE 68007.
Distances and event types
- 1 mile, Little B fun run around Bennington Elementary track with a stroller lane.
- 5.25 miles, Big B individual run or walk on the same route as the relay.
- 5.25 miles, Middle B relay divided into five approx 1 mile legs for teams.
- 5 miles, Virtual B run your own course to support Bennington Public Schools Foundation.
The in-person route starts and finishes at Bennington Elementary and touches several school sites including Bennington High School and Bennington Middle School, as well as the future site of the second high school and the district and foundation offices. The course includes paved roads, paved paths, and gravel sections. Relay teams are suggested to consist of two to five members; teams with fewer than five members will run consecutive segments so members can reunite before the final portion. A shuttle will transport runners who have completed their legs back to Bennington Elementary to await their teams. All relay members rejoin to run into the elementary stadium together.
