Event Overview
The Trinooga Spring Edition is a multi-sport weekend organized by the Chattanooga Tri Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The event takes place from Friday, April 17, to Sunday, April 19, 2026. Participants can choose which activities to join.
Event Schedule
Friday: Packet pickup is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (location to be determined).
Saturday: Activities begin at the Erwin Marina. The day starts with a swim in the Tennessee River at 6:30 AM. Swimmers must use a provided cap and a personal swim buoy. A self-paced run follows at 9:00 AM, with options for a 7-mile or 13.1-mile distance. An aid station is available on the route. A group lunch is provided at noon.
Sunday: The weekend concludes with a bike ride starting at 7:30 AM from the Erwin Marina. The route is one loop of the Chattanooga 70.3 bike course. Support and aid (SAG) will be provided, with one aid station at mile 34. The bike course cutoff is at 12:00 PM.
Registration
Registration is open to both club members and non-members. Non-members receive a one-year club membership with registration to meet insurance requirements. Tri Club members receive a discounted entry price.
Location & Logistics
The main hub for Saturday and Sunday is the Erwin Marina at 201 Riverfront Parkway. Parking is available in nearby public lots (paid on Saturday, free on Sunday street parking unless marked). Participants should bring their own nutrition, though some will be available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
