Entrants, awards and course
All finishers in both races receive a medal and a t-shirt. The Mother's Day 10k offers a special edition t-shirt to finishers. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers, with veteran category prizes for the first vet in each category where entries permit. The 10k uses the same course as the Celebration of Running 10k. Course maps are provided by the organisers.

Entry on the day is cash only; Trimpell 20 on-the-day fees: affiliated £40, unaffiliated £40, Lancaster Runners Club £30. Trimpell 10k on-the-day fee is £25 for all listed categories.
