Trimpell 20 & Mother's Day 10k
The event takes place on Sunday 15 March 2026 at 3-1-5 Health Club LA1 3PE. It is organised by Lancaster Race Series and carries UKA licences 29123 and 28686.

The Trimpell 20 is organised by runners and supports local charities. The organiser presents it as suitable preparation for a marathon. The Mother's Day 10k uses the same course as the Celebration of Running 10k.
Awards and prizes are provided. All finishers in both races receive a medal and a t-shirt; the 10k offers a special edition t-shirt. Prizes are listed for the first three male and first three female finishers, with first veteran awards in each category dependent on entry numbers.
Entry fees vary by race and affiliation. Online entry prices are published for affiliated, unaffiliated and Lancaster Runners Club members. On-the-day entry is accepted for cash only.
