TriLobster Multisport Festival : Summerside, PEI
TriLobster takes place on the Summerside waterfront at 240 Heather Moyse Drive, with The Loyalist serving as race headquarters. The festival includes a range of event formats from Super Sprint to long distance, plus relays and a kids triathlon held at Credit Union Place.
The swim is an open water course in the harbour. The bike route leaves the city on a generally flat course with a few gentle hills. The run finishes on the boardwalk that follows the Summerside waterfront.
Several events are designated as World Qualifiers with spots awarded per age group. Athletes who earn qualifying spots become eligible for the 2027 Multisport World Championships and the 2027 Triathlon World Championships. Athletes must submit a Triathlon Canada Expression of Interest before August 16 to be eligible for qualification spots.
All participants receive a finisher medal and a T-shirt. The event’s deferral policy permits deferrals for verified medical reasons with medical documentation, requests submitted no later than seven days before race day, transfer only to the following year, non transferable to another person, and a CA$25 administration fee; registration fees are non refundable.
