Triathlon Pink, Melbourne
Triathlon Pink returns to Albert Park as the southernmost stop of the 2026/2027 season. The event features a pool swim and a closed-road bike course and is aimed at first-timers, returning Pinkies, and children aged 7 to 13.
The weekend program includes multiple triathlon distances and fun runs for different age groups. Most participants are new to triathlon and the event atmosphere is presented as relaxed and supportive. Fun runs are offered for families and supporters.
Triathlon Pink has raised over $2.8 million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation; fundraising is optional and NBCF offers incentives for certain milestones. Competitors receive a timing chip, swim cap, race bib and an event gift at event check-in.
Logistics notes: event check-in occurs across the event weekend, transition areas require competitors only (one parent per child permitted for setup and pack down), and bike collection is managed by announcements. Headphones are not permitted for safety. The swim is run with single entry to the pool and lifeguards on duty. Bike and run courses are multi-lap and clockwise with designated turn points.
