About the race
Triathlon Pink in Canberra takes place at Stromlo Forest Park and Stromlo Leisure Centre as the final stop of the 2026/2027 season. The event uses a pool swim and a closed-road bike course. It is organised with categories for adults and children and includes separate fun runs.
Distances offered include:
- Ultra: 600m swim / 19km bike / 7.5km run
- Long: 300m swim / 9.6km bike / 5km run
- Medium: 200m swim / 6.4km bike / 2.5km run
- Short: 100m swim / 3.2km bike / 1km run
- Kids 10–13: 100m swim / 3.2km bike / 1km run
- Kids 7–9: 50m swim / 2km bike / 500m run
- Fun runs: 10km, 5km, 2.5km, 1km with multi-lap formats
There are two transition areas, one near the pool and one near the finish. Race packs, timing chips, swim caps and event gifts are provided at event check in. Transition procedures, course lap counts, and safety rules are specified; only competitors may enter transition, with one parent allowed for child set up. Event photography is provided and a link will be emailed after the race.
Triathlon Pink has supported the National Breast Cancer Foundation since 2007 and participants have raised over $2.8 million for that charity. Fundraising is optional and separate from the entry fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
