Triathlon Hawkes Bay Winter Duathlon Race 3
Triathlon Hawkes Bay presents a Winter Duathlon event held at Haumoana School on Raymond Road in Hastings, New Zealand on 26 July 2026. The event is part of a five-race winter duathlon series organised in partnership with Haumoana School. The course runs through a rural setting and organisers have arranged traffic management for on-road sections. Participants are required to fit a working rear light to bikes used on road sections.
The programme includes multiple formats for individuals and teams, including run-cycle-run courses, solo running events, and individual time trial cycle events. Minimum age requirements apply for some distances; exceptions can be made with prior arrangement through the event organisers.

- Short Course Duathlon - 11 km: 2 km run, 7 km cycle, 2 km run
- Middle Course Duathlon - 20 km: 4 km run, 14 km cycle, 2 km run
- Long Course Duathlon - 29 km: 4 km run, 21 km cycle, 4 km run
- Duathlon Teams - same distances as individual courses
- Solo Runs - 2 km, 4 km, 8 km, 12 km options
- Individual Time Trials - 14, 21, 28, 42 km cycle events
