The Tri-State New York Spartan Race weekend takes place Oct 31 - Nov 01, 2026 at Sunflower Valley Farm, 366 County Rd 12, New Hampton, NY. Obstacles listed for the Sprint and other races include Atlas Carry, A-Frame Cargo, Barbed Wire Crawl, Fire Jump, Inverted Wall, Bucket Carry, Hercules Hoist, Multi-Rig, Rope Climb (16 ft / 4.8 m), Sandbag Carry (men 60 lb / 27 kg, women 40 lb / 18 kg), Slip Wall and Rolling Mud pits, Spear Throw (25 ft / 7.6 m target), and walls from 4 to 8 feet. Each event also includes additional location-specific challenges. Sprint finishers receive a Sprint finisher medal, a finisher tee, and a Trifecta medal wedge; festival access is provided at the finish area. The event lists a service member discount of up to 25% for qualifying U.S. personnel via verification. Racing as a team is the method to secure the same start time for multiple entrants.
