About the race
The 2027 Tri-State New Jersey Spartan Trifecta Weekend is a two-day obstacle course race and mud run at Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon, New Jersey, held April 24–25, 2027. The event stages multiple race formats over the resort’s mountain terrain and offers the opportunity to complete a Trifecta across the weekend. The course uses the local topography, including a reported 1,040 feet of vertical climb and a summit at about 1,480 feet, to place obstacles on steep and rugged terrain. Races vary by distance and obstacle count, and separate kids and spectator options are scheduled during the weekend.
