YMCA Tri-Span 5K, 10K and LIVESTRONG Mile
The YMCA Tri-Span event takes place on 07/11/2026 at River Front Park Amphitheater, 10 Cowan St, Wilmington, NC 28401, US. The event program includes three separate running events.
- 5K - 3.1 miles, out-and-back through downtown and along the Cape Fear Riverwalk.
- 10K - 6.2 miles, route crosses three downtown bridges.
- LIVESTRONG Mile - 1 mile, non-timed walk or run.
The 5K course routes through downtown Wilmington and follows the Cape Fear Riverwalk adjacent to the riverbank. The 10K course crosses the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, the Thomas Rhodes Bridge with views of the USS North Carolina and the riverfront, and the Isabel Holmes Bridge to return runners to downtown and the finish area.
The LIVESTRONG Mile is organized as a non-timed 1-mile walk or run held to honor friends and family affected by cancer.
Registration closes 01/31/2026. Registration fees listed for each event are $35.00 for the 5K, $45.00 for the 10K, and $20.00 for the LIVESTRONG Mile. The event is presented by Maus, Warwick, Matthews, and Co. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
