Event details
The Tri Faster SwimRun - Race #2 is on July 22, 2026 at Fox Brook Park, 2925 N Barker Rd, Brookfield, WI 53045. The swim takes place in a 25-acre lake on a 500 m loop: the 500 m open water swim uses one loop, the Aquathon swim uses two loops, and the 1500 m open water swim uses three loops. Aquathon and 5k participants run three loops on the paved path around the lake; the path is described as fast and flat.
Events include:
- 1000m swim / 5k run (Individual Aquathon)
- 1500m open water swim
- 500m open water swim (non-competitive)
- 5k run/walk
Aquathon and open water swim events are open to ages 11 to 100.
Registration, logistics and awards
Online registration closes on July 21, 2026; on-site registration and packet pick-up occur on race day at Fox Brook Park. All Aquathon and open water swim participants must register for a 2026 Waukesha County Triathlon Swim Training Permit prior to racing; the permit is free. Park access fees are paid to the park and include a one-day fee of $7, an annual pass for $40, and an annual senior pass (age 60+) for $20.
The event is professionally chip timed. Provided items and services include post-race snacks, available showers, and a swag table. Awards are given to top overall male and female in each competitive individual event, top three males and females in 10-year age groups for each competitive individual event, and top three Aquathon relay teams.
