Tri Faster SwimRun - Race #2
Tri Faster SwimRun Race #2 takes place at Fox Brook Park in Brookfield, WI. The venue includes a 25-acre lake with a 500 m swim loop and a paved path that rings the lake.
Swim and run event formats offered:
- Individual Aquathon: 1000 m swim and 5 km run.
- Open Water Swim: 1500 m.
- Open Water Swim Non-Competitive: 500 m.
- 5 km Run/Walk.
For the swim course, the 500 m loop is swum once for the 500 m event, twice for the Aquathon swim portion, and three times for the 1500 m swim. Aquathon and 5 km run participants complete three loops on the paved path, which is described as fast and flat.
Age and permit details: participants ages 11 and up who can confidently swim the distance are eligible. All Aquathon and open water swim participants must register for a 2026 Waukesha County Triathlon Swim Training Permit prior to racing. County park access fees are paid to the park in advance; one day and annual pass rates apply.
Event services and awards: the event is professionally chip timed, offers post-race snacks, available showers, and a swag table. Awards include top overall male and female in each competitive individual event, top three male and female in 10-year age groups, and top three Aquathon relay teams.
