Tri Aggieland takes place on April 12, 2026, at 8200 Sandy Point Rd, Bryan, TX 77807. The event directly supports the Texas A&M Triathlon Team, which is self-funded and student-run. There are multiple event divisions: Open Division, SMW Collegiate Series (current college students only), and Duathlon Open Division.
Race format and entry
The triathlon course includes the following legs:
- 400-meter lake swim
- 12-mile road bike
- 5k road run
Entry rules: the Open Division is open to anyone 18 years or older. The SMW Collegiate Series is open to registered college students who belong to a collegiate club triathlon team and to ages 18-50. The Duathlon Open Division is open to ages 18 and older. The event does not offer refunds; race funds support the Texas A&M Triathlon Team.
Logistics and race-day information
Packet pick-up is available Saturday at Brazos Running Company, 1037 University Dr #103, College Station, TX, from 12 PM to 5 PM. Race day packet pick-up will be available at the race site; advance contact is requested if picking up on race day. Free participant and spectator parking is available inside the park; vehicles should enter the park before 8 AM. The event proceeds rain or shine; in dangerous cold, the swim will be replaced by a run-bike-run format. Wetsuit status will be determined the morning of the race.
