Treasure Valley Triathlon
The Treasure Valley Triathlon is a circuit-style multisport event held at Esther Simplot Park in Boise, Idaho. The competition takes place on a flat, closed course that runs along the Boise River. This event is USAT sanctioned and serves as the 2025 Idaho State Championship as well as a Para National Qualifier Series race.
The event offers several individual and relay categories to accommodate different experience levels and physical requirements:
- Olympic (Individual and Relay)
- Sprint (Individual and Relay)
- Super Sprint (Individual and Relay)
- Adaptive (Olympic, Sprint, and Super Sprint distances)
- Youth Splash and Dash
The competition is designed to be inclusive, offering specific divisions for para-triathletes and adaptive athletes. Registration is limited to 400 participants to maintain the quality of the race experience. A Youth Splash and Dash event is also held during the packet pickup period.
The course features a swim, bike, and run transition. The cycling and running segments are conducted on fast, level paths. As a charity-focused event, the triathlon supports adaptive sports programs across southern Idaho. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
