Treasure Valley Triathlon
The Treasure Valley Triathlon takes place on June 5, 2027, at Esther Simplot Park in Boise, Idaho. The race is a circuit-style triathlon held on a closed course along the river and includes multiple distance options, relay divisions, and youth events.
Main individual distances include:
- Super Sprint: 400 m swim, 9.6 km bike, 2.7 km run
- Sprint: 750 m swim, 18.9 km bike, 5.2 km run
- Olympic: 1500 m swim, 37.6 km bike, 10 km run
Relay teams of 2-3 people are available for the same distance categories. Adaptive categories are offered, and adaptive athletes may race free; adaptive relay options are also listed. A youth Splash and Dash runs during the event with age-based distances:
- Ages 7-10: 100 m swim, 1 km run
- Ages 11-15: 200 m swim, 2 km run
The event is USAT sanctioned (number 310140) and serves as Idaho high-school state and age-group finals and a USAT Club championship. It is organized as a community charity event supporting adaptive sports across southern Idaho. Registration is limited to 450 participants and spectators are welcome.
