Treasure Valley Rescue Run
The Treasure Valley Rescue Run is a community athletic event held in Eagle, Idaho. The race utilizes the Greenbelt path, with the start and finish lines located at Reid Merrill Park. The event includes several participation options:
- 10K
- 5K
- Kids Dash (available for participants ages 10 and under)
Registered participants in the 5K and 10K events receive race t-shirts, and all registered racers who complete their distance are awarded finisher medals. Prizes are also provided for winners. The course is designed to be accessible, allowing for both strollers and dogs to accompany participants.
The event is organized through a partnership between Wright Physical Therapy and Fleet Feet Treasure Valley. It serves a charitable purpose, with proceeds directed toward organizations dedicated to protecting children and supporting families. Specifically, the race benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho, which provides lodging and support services for families of children receiving medical care.
