Entry fees are £14 for affiliated runners and £16 for unaffiliated runners. Entries are non-refundable. Transfers are accepted up until 12 noon on 13 December 2025. Entry on the day is not available. Remaining places were listed as 198. Parking in Denby Dale is limited, there is no parking at the Pie Hall, and only limited off-street parking in the village; on-street parking is available.
