The Transalpine Run is a legendary stage trail running race that spans seven days, starting from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and crossing the main ridge of the Alps to reach Lake Reschen in South Tyrol. The course covers 271 kilometers and approximately 17,000 meters of elevation gain, making it one of the most demanding races of its kind. Participants can compete either in teams of two or solo.
