Trailspire Ultra 2027
Trailspire Ultra 2027 takes place on 06 Feb 2027 in the grounds of Callander Park, Falkirk. The event is a seven hour looped endurance challenge that runs on trails and woodland paths around Callander House.
Runners complete as many laps as they can of a measured loop within the event time. The final lap must be completed before the event cut-off for it to count. The route was created by the 2025 Scottish Ultra Trail winner and has been kept the same as the previous year following athlete feedback.
Distances
- 4.14-mile course with 277 ft of elevation
- 1 km flat route available in the final hour
Entry options include solo runners and 2 person or 3 person relay teams. The entry package includes a fully marked route with marshals, water stations at the start and halfway point, on-course nutrition items, a covered area for food and spare kit, campervan and motorhome parking, and a tented village for individual transition areas. The event offers live tracking and live results, professional first aid support, open and female toilets, a free massage area, live music and a compere, and supplier stalls. Finishers receive a medal and trophies are awarded across open, female, age group, and relay categories. The event is fully insured. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
