Course

The course follows trails around Jenkinson Lake. The terrain is described as fun rolling single track with some technical sections and rolling hills, but no steep altitude gains. The path goes through pine trees and includes horse trails. The event is held three times a year to showcase different seasons.

The Event Center has a full kitchen. Each runner receives cold ice cream, and warm food is available. Two aid stations are located on opposite ends of the lake, accessible to distances over 10K. A water stop is available for 17 Mile, Marathon, and 50K runners. Drop bag service is provided. Restrooms are available at the Event Center, in campgrounds, and at several locations along the course.

Registration and Fees

Registration is available online through the evening before the race and on race day beginning at 7:00 AM. Race fees range from $55 to $110 depending on the distance, with higher fees for in-person registration on race day. Active military and first responders receive a 15% discount. Entry fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event if arranged at least 24 hours beforehand.

Additional paid and free parking is available at other nearby lots, with some located approximately 0.6 to 1.7 miles from the Event Center. Carpooling is encouraged. All finishers receive a medal.
