Trail and Ale 2026
Trail and Ale 2026 is a fundraising run and walk organized for Rayjon at the Blackwell Trails / Howard Watson Trail entrance, 1285 Michigan Ave, Sarnia, Ontario, on September 19, 2026. The event offers both a live on-site option on the Howard Watson Trail and a virtual option that can be completed between September 1 and September 18, 2026. The live route heads north on the Howard Watson Trail from Michigan Avenue and dips into Blackwell Trails; route maps are published for the 5K, 10K and 15K courses.
The live event is chip-timed; ankle strap timing chips and bibs are provided for on-site participants. Virtual participants may submit finish times for competitive consideration, but chip timing is provided only for the live event. Prizes are awarded for top fundraisers and for best finish times in Men, Women and Kids categories for runners and walkers.
Per-registration perks include one can of local craft beer or a beer mug for registrants aged 19 and over, and the first 200 participants aged 19 and over receive a custom beer mug. Children 14 and under can participate in the 5K run or walk for free when registered with a paying adult; children receive a chip timer and a medal only.
