Event Overview
The Tracy PAL Donut Dash is an 8th annual community event benefiting the Tracy Police Activities League (PAL). It supports PAL's mentorship, educational, and recreational programs for youth. The event takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
Activities
The event features multiple activities:
- A 5K run or walk.
- A 5K Medley Relay with two divisions: one for public safety agencies (Police, Fire, EMS, Corrections) and one for high school teams.
- A Lord of the Sweet Rings Donut Eating Competition, hosted by Chef Jay of Jay’s Gourmet. This is a new challenge for 2026, described as part obstacle course and part flavor test.
Location
The event is located at 1001 Cambridge Place, Tracy, CA 95377. The start and finish area is on Cambridge Place between Edgar Thoming Park and Monticello Elementary School.
Participant Perks
Registered participants receive a race bib, a choice of shirt or tank top, and a custom finisher medal. Donuts are available on the course and at the finish line. There is a post-race festival with complementary gifts from sponsors. Registration for the 5K also qualifies entrants for the donut eating competition.
Additional Information
Professional timing and start/finish line services are provided by Brazen Racing. Dogs are not allowed during the 5K event. Parking will be available with posted signage.
