Teams, prizes and logistics
Teams may be any combination of runners, but only teams with two women and two men are eligible for awards. For prize-eligible teams, women are assigned the 1200 m and 800 m legs; men are assigned the 400 m and 1600 m legs. Packet pickup and bag check are available at The Trackhouse on race day. Post-race food and drinks are planned at The Trackhouse, including pizza and holiday-themed drinks.
