About the race
The Toys for Tots 5K in Wilmington, Delaware is a community race that benefits the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. The event centers on a 5K course starting and finishing at DE Veterans Post #1 (2535 Veterans Drive). It combines a fast route with a post-race celebration.
New this year is a free Kids Fun Run for children 7 and under, and participants are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys for children. All runners receive a long-sleeve race shirt, post-race food and drinks, and awards for overall and age-group categories, plus a veterans discount. Parking and a course map are provided.
