Town of Celebration Marathon & Half Marathon (January 31, 2027)
The 14th annual Town of Celebration Marathon & Half Marathon is scheduled for January 31, 2027. The event takes place in the Town of Celebration, located five minutes from Disney World and about twenty minutes from Orlando International Airport with easy highway access.
The course is described as flat and fast and is USATF certified, making it a Boston qualifier. In 2022 nearly 20% of marathon finishers qualified for the Boston Marathon. Marathon pacing teams will be available to help runners meet time goals.

All participants receive shirts, medals, and a popular blanket; race photos are free to download. The post-race offering includes food and beverages from area restaurants, pancakes for all participants, and options such as mimosas and Michelob Ultra, all included with race entry. Organizers state that race fees are fair and position the event as a smaller race with more personal attention for participants.
The event raises funds for scholarships for students across Osceola County and supports local community groups and nonprofit organizations. Over the first 13 years the race has given away more than $1.1 million in support. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
