Town Crier Half Marathon
The Town Crier Half Marathon is part of a multi-distance event taking place in Saugatuck, Michigan. The event is known for its scenic route along the Lake Michigan lakeshore, offering views of the Saugatuck and Douglas area.
The event supports the Saugatuck Public Schools running programs and is celebrating its 25th year. Proceeds from the races provide a majority of the funding for the Saugatuck High School Cross Country and Track Teams, with over $129,000 donated since 2002.
All participants receive a finisher medal, a custom bib, a specially designed T-shirt, and a Certificate of Race Completion. Age group awards are available. The event has a small-town atmosphere where all runners are celebrated. For safety and liability reasons, baby joggers, strollers, and dogs are not permitted on the course.
