Tower 2 Tower 5K (May 2, 2026)
The Tower 2 Tower 5K is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, in Lenexa, Kansas (10747 Renner Blvd, 66219). The event is hosted by WaterOne to coincide with National Drinking Water Week and supports the non-profit Water for People. The 5K course runs from WaterOne's water tower to the City of Olathe's water tower and back. The event includes both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K, plus a team registration option.
Entries, packet pick up, awards and extras
Registration pricing listed on the event page is $20 for the in-person 5K, $35 for the virtual 5K, and $15 for team registration; the in-person price increases after March 30, 2026. Virtual registration has a listed end date of May 2, 2026. Packet pick up is available at WaterOne's lobby (10747 Renner Blvd) on the days before and the morning of the event, as listed by the organizer. Registered participants in the 5K (in-person and virtual) and Kids 1-Mile registrants receive a t-shirt, reusable water bottle, participation medal, race packet, and free event photos for the in-person event. Awards are given to overall male and female winners, overall master male and female winners (40+), and top male and female in these age groups: 19 & under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+.
