About the race
The Nolan Davidson Champions Run is scheduled for December 5, 2026, at Children's Mercy Park, 1 Sporting Way, Kansas City, KS 66111. This is the third annual edition of the event and it takes place on a course that starts and finishes at Sporting Park and loops around the Kansas Speedway.
The event offers multiple race options:
- 10K
- 5K
- 1.1 miles
- Virtual 5K
All registered participants receive a Nolan Davidson Champions Run t-shirt. All finishers receive a custom race medal. Virtual participants are mailed a t-shirt and medal after completing their distance.
Proceeds from previous editions have been used for local youth and community support. Past donations include $60,000 to KC Fusion Soccer Club for youth scholarships, funding for Foundry Church’s Club 45 youth group nights, more than 2,000 toys donated to Children’s Mercy Hospital, and four $1,000 scholarships for high school cross country runners in the Kansas City metro area.
