Bonner Springs YMCA Tri at the Y
The Bonner Springs YMCA Tri at the Y is an indoor triathlon held at the Bonner Springs Family YMCA, 2251 S 138th Street, Bonner Springs, KS 66012. The event tracks distance for each discipline within designated time periods rather than using fixed course lengths.
Age categories are Adults 15 and older (Open) and Youth ages 7 to 14. Youth competitors must pass a swim test before the event and have their height checked for the spin bike. Athletes who are 14 or younger but wish to compete in the Open division must register in that division.
Registration for the event opens on 9/1/2026 and closes on 10/1/2026. The listed registration fee is $45.00.
Timed segments for each category are:
- Adult: Swim 15 minutes; Bike 15 minutes; Run 15 minutes on treadmill
- Youth: Swim 5 minutes; Bike 10 minutes; Run 5 minutes on treadmill
