Towamencin Turkey Trot 5K Walk/Run, Saturday, November 14, 2026
The Towamencin Turkey Trot is a community 5K walk and run held in Lansdale, Pennsylvania at 2225 Bustard Road. The event supports Towamencin’s Special Events Fund, which helps provide free township events throughout the year. The 5K uses a certified course and includes chip timing.
Awards and participant details include a free shirt for participants who register before October 13. Shirt sizes are limited after October 13. Top male and top female finishers receive a Thanksgiving prize, and the top three finishers in each age group earn medals. Special awards recognize the top dog finisher and the largest group or organization participation.
A free Kid Fun Run is offered for children ages 10 and under with no registration required. Youth-sized Turkey Trot shirts are available for purchase for $12, cash only. Kid distances are approximately:
- 1 to 5 years old: 50 yard dash
- 6 to 8 years old: 1/4 mile
- 9 to 10 years old: 1/2 mile
Registration follows tiered pricing: $35 early bird when registration opens August 1, $40 after October 14 with shirts not guaranteed on or after that date, $45 the final week beginning November 9, and registration available on race day.
