Tour de Las Misiones
Tour de Las Misiones is part of the World Heritage Festival on 09/12/2026 at Mission County Park Pavilion in San Antonio, TX. The event combines guided bike tours, organized walks, and timed runs that begin and end at the park pavilion and visit sites in the San Antonio Missions area.
Distances offered include:
- 22 Miles - guided bike tour
- 14 Miles - guided bike tour
- 7 Miles - guided bike tour
- 10K - timed run
- 5K - timed run
- 10K - organized walk
- 5K - organized walk
The bike tour follows public roads through the southside of San Antonio and The Alamo, with stops at one or more mission sites. The runs are chipped and routed along the San Antonio River Walk: Mission Reach, Mission San José, and the southside. Walk routes pass Mission Reach, Mission San José, and Hot Well Ruins.
Participants registered by the stated deadline are guaranteed a commemorative bib, finisher’s medal, collectible T-shirt, goodie bag, and a keepsake passport. Photos from the event will be posted afterward. Post-event music and complimentary food and beverages are provided for registered participants.
Safety and site rules are emphasized: all participants must follow the Texas vehicle code and directions from law enforcement or public safety personnel; public safety vehicles have the right of way. Riders must dismount and walk bicycles inside mission compounds and not lean bikes on mission structures; bike racks are available. Dogs are allowed on leash but not inside visitor centers or mission churches. No refunds are offered. Registration fee tiers and discounts are specified by the organizer.
