Indiana Mud Run
Tough Mudder Indiana takes place at CERAland Park in Columbus, Indiana. The event is located approximately one hour from downtown Indianapolis in the Hoosier countryside. The course features a combination of winding woodland trails, open farmland, and thick mud throughout the landscape.
The venue offers a flat course layout and includes several signature obstacles designed to test participants through water, ice, and electricity. Notable obstacles featured at this location include Augustus Gloop, an enclosed tube climb with water spray; Arctic Enema, a 34-degree ice pit; and Electric Eel, which requires crawling through a shallow pool of water under electrical wires.
Multiple participation options are available:
- 15K: Includes more than 20 obstacles.
- 5K: Includes more than 12 obstacles.
Participants receive a finisher headband, a finisher shirt, and a finisher medal from the Hex System collection. A celebratory finisher drink, such as a beer or seltzer, is also provided upon completion. The event site includes a Mudder Village Festival area with live entertainment, spectator routes, and local food vendors. Spectator passes are available for those who wish to watch.
The weekend also hosts Spartan Hurricane Heat events, featuring 4-hour and 12-hour team-based challenges. On-site logistics such as parking and bag drop can be arranged during the registration process. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
