Reindeer Romp
The Reindeer Romp is an established road event held in Nashville, Indiana. It takes place within the Brown County State Park and has been organized for over 20 years. The course routes begin and end at the Nature Center, with participants navigating roads throughout the park.
Participants can choose between two primary distances, available for both running and walking categories:
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- 8K Run
- 8K Walk
The event is part of the Magnificent 7 Race Series. For those participating in this series, only the 8K distance is eligible for earning series points.
Participants are required to pay a gate fee to enter the state park. Registration is open until early December, with a specific deadline in late November for those wishing to receive a commemorative shirt. Packet pick-up is available locally at the YMCA on the day before the event and at the race location on the day of the activity. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
