Totally Awesome 80s Race 5K / 10K and 1 Mile Fun Run
This event in Ponte Vedra, Florida is the sixth annual Totally Awesome 1980s running event held at Nocatee Station Field near 400 Nocatee Center Way. It offers multiple distances and an optional post-race Rubik’s Cube contest.
Distances:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 1 Mile Fun Run or Walk
Participants in the 5K receive chip timing; the 1 mile is untimed. Each participant receives an event race shirt, a finisher medal, and a free downloadable finisher photo. Packet pick up is scheduled at the race location before the event.
Awards are given to the fastest male and female overall and to the fastest in these age groups: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older. Teams of four are eligible for a team award. Team registrations of five or more receive a $5 reduction in registration price and the first four team members will receive a $5 refund.
