Top Gun Night Run 6k
Top Gun Night Run 6k is an evening 6K run held on September 11 at Lee Victory Park in Smyrna. The 3.7 mile course passes the Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport and the Smyrna Municipal golf course, with the finish at the memorial located in the park.
Spectators and runners will find live music and vendors on site. The race is chip timed and USATF certified. Participant entry is limited to 650 people.
There are multiple registration options including an in-person entry, a commitment sponsor registration that includes recognition on the race website, and a virtual entry. Registration fees include a race t-shirt and finisher medal; in-person entries also include a race packet. The virtual option includes a race t-shirt and finisher medal as part of the registration cost.
Proceeds from the event are applied to ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the memorial in Lee Victory Park and to a Memorial Scholarship established in 2023. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
