Event Overview

Course Details
The race consists of a 5 mile distance, which participants complete by running two loops on the internal paths of the park. The route is entirely traffic-free and is staffed by marshals throughout. The start line is located near the Sefton Park lake car park, specifically at the junction of Mossley Hill Drive and Aigburth Drive. The finish line is situated a few hundred meters past the starting point.
Participant Information
Registration and number collection take place at the finish area inside the park on the day of the event. To ensure runner safety and compliance with UKA regulations, the use of headphones is prohibited during the race. While medals are not provided, every finisher receives a race memento and a T-shirt. Water is available at the finish line, and medical cover is provided on-site for the duration of the event.
Prizes and Categories
The event features various prize categories for participants. Awards are given to the top three individual male and female finishers, as well as winners in specific veteran categories.
